You can list WaterMod as an alternative to Bottle that Water, offers a little bit more options. You can also bottle 3 types of water and you can use more different bottles.

Does the mod need to be on Nexus? There was a mod for FO3 that I recreated for New Vegas as it didn't look like the other author was going to get NV, let alone mod for it. It was a quick 5 minute job that anyone could have done. But I've been reluctant to release it on Nexus even though I made the plugin for NV. It wasn't a 'port or conversion.

The community patch being developed at Ravenmodding is highly recommended. This is being constantly updated. Bookmark and check for regular updates.

A fantastic graphic overhaul mod: http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=39619

Very small performance hit, if any. I really, really recommend this mod - it's beautiful!

I am updating it regularly. Was a small delay due to some technical difficulties, but I'm actively working on it now. :D

Left 4 GB Enabler because it works.
Unfortunately it will not work with NVSE

Two I didn't see on the list that have rapidly made my "cannot play without" list.

http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=38538 - Adds your time, DT, resists and most importantly Hydration, Food and Sleep levels directly to the main UI, with the ability to place it wherever you like on your screen. Requires NVSE.

http://www.newvegasnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=37002 - Adds 72 (list keeps growing) weapons from Fallout 1, 2, and Tactics seamlessly to the game, both to vendor lists as well as on all those NPCs running around. There are a couple options - base option keeps the same stats as vanilla weapons with new meshes/textures, tweaker option gives all the added weapons stats similar to their canon stats and set to a damage scale based on the existing damage with each weapon being unique in how it fires, and lite version which only uses the FO1/2 weapons leaving the Tactics weapons out for those who wish. Updated constantly, not imbalanced, and does not include any freebie god weapons.

Actually so does alcohol dehydrate the body, but not in that amount it does in the game. Also only drinking soft drinks like coke and so is not good in the long run, due to that the body needs real water to function...but soft drinks don't dehydrate you.
