I've started Rebuilding the Blades, but no matter what I'm not getting the dialogue option when speaking to Delphine. I run AFT and My Home is Your Home and have gone back with just the follower I want to recruit into the Blades but nope, I'm still not getting the option come up. Is there a console command for this?

Have you killed Paarthurnax?

UESP says the quest ID is FreeformSkyhavenTempleA, if that helps.

Nope, I haven't come to that part of the story yet. I tried to give Delphine a new recruit as soon as I got the quest, but she's never had the option. I came back with just the recruit several days later and still no option.

I don't just need the code, I need the command to give her the option.

I assume then that the quest is started and you've tried multiple followers.

Followers marked as "essential" are unable to join the blades if I recall.
