Will I be missing a lot if I don't play online? Because it seems like everyone here is going to get it on the 360, and I'd be missing out.

Nope, and I don't have the cash to buy one. My only choice would be to buy the PS3 version, unfortunately.

I don't think you'll be missing out much. We(I) just plan on playing around in free roam and probably some team games.

Actually, scratch that. I found out my wi-fi card is quite capable of playing on-line (much to my surprise). So add me to the list; PSN: NumberoftheJon.

I agree, although, on May 15th they're having some type of 30 minute animation of RDR, on FOX at 9PM EST.

I think horses are gonna be a big part of the game thats why I didn't wanna limit myself to "the best". Besides the DA outfit has a frickin eyepatch, an eyepatch, who can argue with that.

Not only that, but there will be automobiles(very rare though) in the game.

No swimming is confirmed, and I don't mind too much. I can't imagine there'll be a lot of water around besides the odd river.

It makes sense anyway considering how much stuff Marston tends to have on him at any given time, I doubt anyone could swim with all that weighing them down.

I just figured that it was because he'd have no reason to learn, living where he does. Also, I think you can wade in water anyway, so you're probably right about the weight.

Depends on the height of your horse compared to the depth of the river I would imagine.

Are you hyped for Red Dead Redemption? Yes.

Are you buying Red Dead Redemption? Undecided/maybe. But most likely yes.

Which is the best pre-order bonus? The Golden Gun Pack but they should all just have been in the game from the start if you ask me. The Soundtrack is the more interesting par of the Limited Edition. It is by the way a rather pathetic Special Edition.

OK, so I am pretty sure my dad will lend me some money to buy this game. However, being a PC gamer for a long time, I've gotten unused to joysticks, and I really svck with them when it comes to shooters. Will this game require you to be damn good with joysticks to find it enjoyable?
