I have a red enemy marker stuck but there is no enemy.It stays to the right on my radar no matter where I turn.It's driving me crazy.Does anyone know how to get rid of it?

I've had that happen occasionally, only "fix" I know of is to do a proper full save, exit to desktop & restart the game

did you try leaving the area and returning three days later? that should reset the map.
