Red, red, red ,red ,red and oh look white and yellow to?

I guess white and yellow are good on your status bar.

But my Intelligence, willpower, speed and luck are all in red. Am I ill or is this because I weld something that puts them lower?

They have been damaged one way or another, possibly from fighting a Bonewalker or something, or from a disease.

You can restore those with spells, potions, or by going to a temple/imperial cult shrine.

I don't remember any items that drained those stats by wearing them. There was that one sword, Fury or something, but I don't think it drained all those attributes, and I can't remember any other items that might have done it. So I think those stats must have been damaged one way or other.

If you are wearing any items that fortify stats, make sure to take them off before you try to restore your stats.

You should use Restore potions because Fortify potions have a time limit on them and the effects wear off.

You can see all the current effects affecting you from the bottom right corner, be it a magic that's been cast on you, a disease or the stuff you're wearing. If it's not there, someone has used Damage something spell on you or stuff, and those can be healed on shrines/altars or with Restore potions. Otherwise... you're bugged? :P There seems to be some permanent stat-lowering glitches if you do something wrong I think, but don't know much about them.

As was mentioned check the buff/debuff icons in the lower right. Are there any red ones? If so move your cursor over it and see what it says. If there is no red sqares in the lower right then it sounds like you got hit by a greater bonewalker. Imperial altars (or potions of restore xxx) should be able to fix you up. If this did not work, take off all gear and try again. Sometimes gear that have special effects on them may interfere with the curing of the stats.

Can't remember if moving the cursor over the stat that is red tells you what is wrong. If none of that helps, I don't have an answer.

Try:
A Cure Disease Potion
Or Almsivi Restoration, available at most temples at the Tribunal Shrines
Or Restore potions.

Well, it really looks like a bug... I played MW lots of times since its release but this is something new to me, no active effects icons except for effects of equipped items, no any descripions in stats, nothing. Going to rethink my life  Thanks to all anyway.

theres damage stat spells that will not show up in your "effect" bar..they directly damage a stat..its not a sustained effect like a disease. a simple restore stat spell or potion or scroll will take care of this.

fighting a bonewalker is the most notorious way of having your strength and endruance damaged and put into a red number. theres also mages that will cast damage stat spells or wield damage stat enchanted weapons.

seems weird that this is the first time you've run into this....stepping foot into an ancestral tomb is a sure fire way of meeting bonewalkers....and theres quite a few faction quests where you meet bonewalker summoning sorcerors.

Remove your CE enchanted items first. And use 'restore X attribute' potions, as well as cure blight or cure disease.

Either that or you are holding a CE item that lowers your stats.

Or you have Coprus. In which case, DO THE QUEST!
