I haven't moved any settlers or have kept any companions in Red Rocket station. But it lists 1 as being there anyway.

Yeah I noticed that as well. When you go there it shows the correct stats as zero though. The workstation stats are known to be incorrect most of the time.

Yeah, whenever one of the farms gets attacked (which I don't go defend because who cares?) The population will drop from 3 to 2.. until I actually go there. Then everything resets itself and it's all fine again. It's like the game wants me to believe that my non-active participation in the defense of the settlement has caused someone to perish.
