I'm having some sort of missing texture or so whenever I try use the "spot light turret" it would show a red triangle white exclamation mark?

Does anyone know how to fix this? Also at the beginning of the game the baby model showed, but after the Tv scene when the nuclear bombs are about to drop and when Nora (female) comes out of the baby room again another red triangle white exclamation mark and Shaun does not show

Any solution would be amazing

That's not missing textures, you're problem is being caused by missing meshes, do you have any mods installed that could change the spotlight turret and the baby models ? If yes, than remove them. If not, verify the integrity of you game cache files on Steam.
