How can i reboot my level 50 to level 1 , and how can i oainting my weapons????

Apparently, when you reached level 50, you have to fill the XP bar one last time. You don't level up if you do, but you get new skins for the Scar and Hammer, which you can select from the weapons customization menu. Also you gain the reboot option which can be selected from the Operative Status menu.
Crytek rly should have made a documentation about how this works -.-
