okay, I apologize for calling you smug, that was out of line

Bioware could've done it, but what faction would've been the main protagonist then? They're games stories have a tendincy to lean towards "Join a council, defeat great evil" but, wait that's FO3's story OMYGOD WE'VE DEBUNKED EVERYTHING

At least Bioware would have decent writers, I'de prefer for them to have made FO3 (Well, okay maybe not, but they would still have made a better FO3.)

all the games rock...

Loved FO1... got me into the universe... first open ended rpg for computer i ever had...

FO2... the story was similar to 1 but the impact your character had and the quests and writing were awesome... loved the random encounters... Bridge of death and cafe of broken dreams anyone?? Plus marcus was badass...

FOTactics... loved game... while a bit far fetched I loved that it was 2 games in one... real time and turn based... was fun... story was ok... building my squad was cool... just a great game overall... albeit a little wide left

FOTexas? never played nor ever will... skipped...

FO3... great atmosphere and graphics... fun options such as vats... modding options... cool characters *loved sarah lyons and the Rangers were awesome*... I enjoyed it... still do...

FONV... great story... thank god melee animations look better now so fun being a boxer like i was in FO1 lol... bit plain and barren but mods will flesh out the mohave.... but story was awesome... I agree feels like more of a sequel than FO3 but FO3 was still fun... and yes... MARCUS IS BACK!!!! and has been modded as a companion within first few weeks of game launching!!!! suuuuuuuweeeet

Loved them all... what ever happened to just liking games... since when did anyone have to make a game JUST FOR YOU? I would have probably picked the FO3 we have today other than another FO1/2 Copy... just my opinion...

people today have no humility anymore... their opinions are the only that matters... it's frustrating... if you didn't like any of the games... leave at that... let those who enjoy... do that... enjoy it... don't go out of your way to flame and insult someone for liking the game... :(

:cryvaultboy: :cryvaultboy: :cryvaultboy:

Thats your opinion ,FO1 and FO2 are still better than any new Fallout game.

Go on, ask someone about those games. They dont svck. If they svckED, why would Bethesda have bothered to buy the game itself???

The guy(or girl) didn't say the games svcked, he(or she) said the isometric view svcked. Which you may or may not agree with.

IN AN ATTEMPT TO PUT THIS TRAIN BACK ON IT'S RAILS FROM ALL THIS ARGUING

The Chinese Stealth suits at Hoover Dam may be a nod to Van Burren, which IIRC, Chinese agents had snuck into the dam in an attempt to sabatoge it.

Yes, there's that, which is not only a nod but to keep the fact canon

and most anything outside the main quest contains nods/outright events from VB so yeah, you can tell the VB team was workin' on it

I like seeing some of those things making their way into canon, it really adds background to the story in my opinion.

I think I remember finding a reference to the Crazy guy that was to be the antogonist as an NPC, I can't remember exactly though.
