Ello ello~

The Refractor perk is in question today, while trying to change my character to a normal clothed civilian w moderate defenses I discovered that the first rank of the Refractor perk only gave me a +5 as opposed to +10


This could be due to my picking up of the magazine granting +5 poison resistance?

Only thing I can put my finger on that would make sense but nonetheless I would appreciate if this could be rectified.


Nothing more than an annoyance of +5 but numbers are some [censored] m'kay
