Regarding flagging a cell as "illegal to sleep here"

It might be a little better to change:
"will have the new name replaced with the default name"
to:
"will have the new name reverted to the original name from the Bethesda masters"


A technicality, really. I'll reword it >.>

And:
"both rename a cell and have a script"
to:
"both rename a cell and have a script or dialogue"


Okay, yeah... good call. Will do.

There definitely are mods out there that rename external cells, I can think of a few. But your advice on load order covers you, I think.


Any popular ones? I'd definitely like to mention at least any PES hall-of-famers by name, if I can.

I ran your mod through TESPCD and it showed no conflicts, so I'm at least showing no conflicts with stuff from my mod list. Beyond that, I don't really care AS much, but I still sort of care a little :P

It's actually almost done. I've got the main readme, version history, and 4 out of 5 of the plugins finished. All that remains now is the "Equipment" plugin.
