Regarding stat allocation, enchants and DR

Since the (in)famous video, everyone been arguing on how unfair it is that enchants doesn't keep up with hard stat points. Let me resume.

Hard stats
1 stam = 10 points
1 magicka = 10 points
1 health = 20 points

enchants
1 stam = 10 points
1 magicka = 10 points
1 health = 10 points

We mostly agree that we should hard stat into health and enchants in others to be optimal. People been proposing to bring down health hard stat but there is a problem there. Health ONLY increase the pool, as the other two also increase damage as well as the pool. Here comes my idea ; I propose to reduce stam and magicka enchants by half, so we have the same ratio as hard stat. Before freaking out, hear me out.

People been complaining on how easy it is to get to soft cap, on how useless a stat become after reaching it, etc. Hard stat should mean something, it should promote diversity and builds. Enchant should be a BOOST to your build. By halving the enchants effect, a mage could pump harder before reaching the soft cap, meaning hes building a glass canon. The mage that decide to put 49 points in health get hard punished from getting dmg only from enchants, which should be the way it is. He couldn't reach cap and does considerably less damage from the 'pure mage' but also doesn't die in a breath.

Same goes for DK tank putting hard stat in healh, and a dps DK evening it out.

Enchants change
1 stam = 5 points
1 magicka = 5 points
1 health = 10 points
