Good day, people. I'm a new member of the forums, and i really like the games this company has, and i mainly play Minecraft.

Remember that i'm not here to rage agaisn't anyone, i just did this to know your real opinion on this theme, which shocked the Minecraft community, and made Notch be calm as ever.

A few weeks ago the situation of Bethesda SoftWorks suing Mojang AB was spread to the public, due to their use of the word ''Scrolls'' in the name for their upcoming game. Which made Markus Persson, the main developer of Minecraft, try to take the most calm decision i have ever seen relating to the situation. He tried to have a friendly tournament of the game Quake 3, which would set a end to the problem. Bethesda just did not accept the thing, and the case went to the courts, finally.

I honestly find it ridiculous, as the word ''Scrolls'' doesn't belong to anyone, and everyone with the half of their brains would not confuse ''Scrolls'' with ''The Elder Scrolls''

What do you think of this?

Try to have a passive actitude with me, as i'm not insulting any of the games, and it's a great company, but it just doesn't seem right.

Legal actions of Bethesda isn't allowed to be discussed here.

OT I think it was silly of notch to say "OMG big peepl sooin indeez!1!" I think it was just lawyers doing their jobs to protect their trademark. Had notch not made it public it could've been dealt with faster.
