In regards to NifSkope

Ok i have this mesh in witch, for it to function proporly, i need to change where the front is. for example, the front of the rat skelition and the rat.nif is the front of the rat in the game, that is to say, its nose. how would i change this to say, its side or tail?

For animations and skeletons, you would need to make a new animation which has this adjustment. It can't be done in nifscope, and probably can't be done using existing animations/skeletons as a base.
