Regenerating enemies

[size="4"][/size]Well it has been a while since I have had to ask for assistance in this thread, which I suppose isn't a bad thing haha, but I seem to have stumbled across a very strange bug. All enemies not under my control (via spell or summon) regenerate health at a subtle but very bothersome rate. I honestly have no idea what could have caused this strange bug in an otherwise stable install.
I have recently uninstalled DR6 and AOMS with OBMM and installed Duke Patrick's new Combat Magic mod; upgraded to the newest version of OBSE and AN; and installed Kuerte's night-eye shader tweak. I greatly appreciate any help I can get on this as I am completely stumped.

Aha! it is only a problem with Orcs! For some reason they have some kind of permanant restore health going on that essentially turns them into gods. Yeah they are regenerating 30+hp per second

Well it's only the orcs... And some skeletons (though its not nearly as bad) I'm going to try disabling TRAP because its the only thing I can imagine might cause an issue like this, though I still have no iea why it would suddenly go haywire like this and start restoring 30+ hp per second to orcs. Anyway I'm rebuilding my bashed patch w/ TRAP disabled (A nice 30min-1hr venture) atm and hopefully that will fix the issue, if not I really hope someone else experienced a similar problem and fixed it =/ A clean install is just not an option.
Well sure enough that fixed it. Quite dissapointing really, I rather enjoyed that mod, but if it has some kind of conflict I suppose just disabling it is fine by me.

I'd guess he would tell the OP to read the readme as it's stated there that Orcs will turn their magicka into health regeneration when hurt. So it's a feature rather than a bug:

When current Health % is less than than current Magicka %, they are balanced by converting Magicka directly to Health.
