If I preordered Crysis 2 from the EA store as a direct download (using EA Download Manager) or possibly from a cd key store, would it be region-locked or region-free to activate in the EA Download Manager?

(for those who don't know what region locking is, it means to prevent someone from activating and using it in a different country... sorry, not a great description)
