Greetings,

I installed Region Revive - Lake Rumare ages ago, one of numerous mods affecting the Rumare / Imp-Isle area. As part of one quest I need to retrieve a dropped dagger supposedly on the lake floor (?) somewhere near the Weye pier. I searched for it quite extensively months ago when the quest was fresh, to no avail. I've gone back several times since then (including this morning) with no better luck.

Because of the number of mods that might possibly alter the pier and/or lake floor (in addition to RR-LR, there's AFK_Weye UL_Imp-Isle, NewRoads&Bridges, and VeronaHouseBloodlines to list those that come readily to mind) I worry that some compatibility glitch has obscured the dagger. Then of course I can't be 100% sure the pier itself is in its original RR-LR location or configuration. I don't necessarily want an out-and-out spoiler, especially if my ill fortune is due to some quest requirement I simply haven't figured out yet. But I'd like enough info to know if my dilemma is due to a compatibility issue, and if so how to work around it.

While it won't help you find out if you've got a conflict hiding the dagger, http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14316 will help you find the dagger, assuming you have high enough skill to cast the spells(once you have bought them). I think the one you'll need is Detect Weapons, or if the dagger is enchanted(which would reduce the number of possible hits), Detect Enchantments. I use these spells all the time, they really help with finding lost arrows or keys(a godsend if you have Vaults of Cyrodiil installed).

If you know that Form ID number of the dagger, you can use a console command to place you at the dagger. I'm a bit rusty, so I don't remember the excact command, but perhaps someone else can help?
