Regional Mana Edit

..tried a PM to 'Wildman13' some days back but have not received a reply, so I'll try a more general appeal here. If you are there Wildman (or anyone knows of his whereabouts), I believe I have a fix for Regional Mana I would like to run past you. Thanks.
(I don't know if 'Wildman13' is the correct handle - it was the only Wildman presented to my in the Messenger address book).

Well I couldn't raise any response from Wildman, so I'll just post this here and hope it's okay to do so. For anyone using Regional Mana, this affords an alternative to the original main script. The overriding reason for the edit was to fix the issue whereby an outdoor effect would follow you inside if you teleported indoors. This necessitated leaving the premesis via a door to the outside then re-entering in order to kill the effect. With this edit, that no longer has to be done. This does not address the issue of an effect carrying over from one exterior to another during, say, strider transport. For that, you still need to wait untile you cross a cell boundary for the effect to change over.
Out of personal preference, I also made two tweaks to gameplay. I added a block to the script which should kill all the effects forever after the defeat of Dagoth Ur (not game tested). Also, I could not abide the "Sound' effect over so many regions - it was getting on my nerves. So now, on Azura's Coast, you're hit by a Drain Magicka effect every time you step outside instead. It's a simple fixed amount so lesser magicians will notice the drain more than accomplished mages with lots of magicka.
