I've recently reinstalled the game and some mods but I'm having some problems-

I'm using OBMM and CM Partners and Beasts isn't showing up on the load order window at all despite be active (blue) in the other window and don't show up in game.

Some NPCs are bald and some have no eyes

In character creation I couldn't change hair style except on the first guy who could have every hair style going men's or women's. New races are either blank or invisible.

Real Food/Sleep isn't working.

I don't know if I get it with the Lite version of OOO or not but the posters that lead to the quest aren't there and the game crashes after 20 minutes.

When you reinstalled, did you http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/troubleshooting/regenoblivionini file? Have you set BSA redirection in http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/prep/obmm (Utilities > Archive invalidation)?

The cosmetic issue is due to overlapping cosmetic mods, another http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/installmods. To remedy that problem, you have a few options: Patch the Beautiful People plugin with Robert's changes, or install Wrye Bash.

Your http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/finishinstall/loadorder makes no sense. Use BOSS to take care of most of it.

Which version of OOO are you using? Are you using the bundled version of Harvest Flora? The version of HF bundled is buggy, so you should download the latest version from its Nexus page if you have not done so already.

This configuration would seriously benefit from a bashed patch. I highly recommend installing http://sites.google.com/site/oblivionpoinfo/prep/wrye-bash. That would help with this cosmetic problem too. The other tidbit I picked up recently is that that BP may not work properly with the latest version of BP. (I do not know which you are using.) By patching the main plugin or using Wrye Bash, you will not need that BP Robert plugin (that seems to be outdated.)

Your Tamriel Travellers installation is simply wrong. Please, reread the Read Me, carefully. If you need help reading it for some reason, please ask.
