I lost EVERYTHING with this game! I spent (documented $180 Bethesda on Lunch Boxes, Mr. Handy's, etc. all to support a game and company I love...) What do you do? NOTHING! You ignore all my emails to "support". I lost my vault, time and money invested. So I had no choice but to file complaints with PayPal for chargebacks, iTunes complaints, and next with the Attorney General's Office. You fail to respond to a paying customer, you do nothing but ignore us. I have read countless reviews and complaints over the last 5-6 days and you brag on how much money the game earned you? No, it's more like how much money you stole. I have had it trying to reach "support", I have had it being ignored...you took my money and thankfully iTunes and Apple are not like you. They actually did something about it. Sadly, it should have come from Bethasda. So, keep ignoring all your customers...it will come back in the end to disappoint you as you have done to us.
For anyone that has lost money on this stupid game that Bethesda refuses to answer, simply have your PayPal transaction ID and iTunes document number of the bill and file a complaint with iTunes and they WILL refund your money. There are too many documented cases now and Apple, unlike Bethesda is not ignoring it's customers and doing all they can which is REFUND.
