Using vanilla and TR assets I believe I have made Ald-ruhn worthy of being the seat of house redoran. More details are in the mod's readme along with screenshots on the mod's page.

The direct download link doesn't appear to be working at the moment. I tried going to the download page through Fliggerty's forums but that didn't work either.
Both attempts gave me this error on Fliggerty: The file ID you have selected is invalid.

The file has not been approved yet. GHF waits for a staff member to approve all uploads.
