With all the leaked footage being played by people who don't know what they are actually doing everybody suddenly wen't crazy and started worrying. I'm jjust here to say... don't worry. Obviously Brink isn't for everyone, but if you have watched the videos then you know what to expect and if the game is for you.

The two actual 'issues' are these:

- Texture pop-in. But this will (probably) be fixed with a day-1 patch.

- AI intelligence. First off all, it isn't bad. There are moments where AI can be really good. But it isn't always perfect.
Here's the thing though, as said - the game is for specific people. If you are gonna play SP only then you are doing it wrong. Brink is a MP game at heart.

So everybody just calm down.

Bots are in multiplayer too. Also, I don't even see why those videos are making people panic. It looks fun. It's just the moron thinking objective = TDM while playing BRINK.

Yeah. You ever get those moments where people are screaming in your ear telling you what to do and how to play, well these people posting the leaked footage really need it. So far I have seen 2 fairly decent people play the game out of about 10-12 videos

Yeah I know those people. I usually threaten to hit them if they don't stop. :spotted owl: But the people who can actually play were probably watching Brink for a while.

The only reason it might fail is because of the Halo or MW folks not knowing wtf the "Team" part of Team Deathmatch in those games even means. Yeh thats an impressive 30 kills you got there, but then why did your team lose and your deathcount was as high as your kills?

Man, dont get me started!

Edit: Not that it matters a whole lot for shooters on consoles. Like take Shadowrun as an example.
