Those that feel like I do about being prevented from playing the game that they have paid for please join me in letting CryTek know their displeasure a this situation.

It's bad enough that it has already been released and people are playing in the US, but to deliberately prevent us (as a legitimate, game buying, customers) from playing the game seems positively cruel.

After all, there are probably gamers playing pirated copies RIGHT now!

Speak up and let them know your opinion on this.

i concur, it was saying "launch countdown" on main page, that ended 7 minutes ago.....but can't play until tomorrow.

I agree when it comes to release dates. I got my copy in the post this morning, but as I'm in the UK I don't expect I'll be able to play until tomorrow, despite everything that needs to be in place already being in place.

Separate release dates for different parts of the world is pointless in the day and age of electronic information and global distribution. If we've got our copy, we should be able to play.

Really feel for you guys.

It makes me shudder, to think that if I opened Steam and clicked "go online" instead of "start in offline mode", my game would deactivate until tommorrow!

Well, I take it all back as it is now working.

My UK copy has now activated.
