Anyone know what time it's released in the UK & what's up with the file size being 25gb?

Install files from Steam are compressed, and so this will increase when the game installs. Also, the game unlocks in the UK at 12.01 am GMT.

Midnight on Monday apparently. And as for the file size, probably because of the assets being bigger than in previous games. Although Bethesda said they made a larger variety of them too.

Texture size and the complexity of models. Audio recording and stuff like that.

If you buy the digital download version you are probably in the same boat as pc players.

Not sure then the downloads start on One digital.

Mostly texture size has gone up a lot, thing Skyrim HD textures for everybody, now add that the number of objects has gone up a lot.

360 had 512 MB ram, One has 8GB, you have 16 times more room for stuff at once.

Its like you fallout character went from being able to carry 50 kg to 800

Yes take the stealth suit and two power armors to be sure, and a spare kitchen sink you never know.

Same here. I'm in Ireland downloaded it digitally and it's around 25ish gigs too.
