About: This mod adds 98 different spawn points across Vvardenfell and Solstheim that spawns random encounters. Such encounters includes Bandits, Traveling Merchants, Road Hauntings, and many others.

This Mod is pretty much completed but I will add new random encounters when I think about some more to add or I can add suggested encounters you may have.

~Updates~
Added Brawls, Lost Pack Guars (Will work on this more), Imperials in Ebony Armor, Random Thieves, and a few more new events.

Can you use a proper mod hosting site like TESnexus and not DA?

Never really bothered, to be honest. And I kinda don't really care enough to truly bother doing so.

It's easier on most people to be able to have access to it on a mod hosting site. AND mirrors help lower the chance of your mod being lost. Other than that, your choice rules above all.

Yea, if you dont use a proper site, you can bet that once this thread disappears off the front page this mod will likely mostly disappear.

You need to use a proper site that is for mods like Planetelderscrolls for example. Otherwise no one will notice your mod. I also don't think that Deviant is the safest site.

I'm trying it. The others are right, you should put it on a specialized site like the nexus or PES. :)

They wont disappear. My mods will still be there even if this thread isn't on the front page.

Also, I would upload my mods onto another site if I can find a site that works for me. Idky but whenever I try to upload my stuff onto sites, like PES, nothing happens. Heck, I can't even remember my account's name and password because I rarely do upload stuff. The reason why I put them on dA is cause I am always on dA and I can control what will happen to them. I have a mod that been on dA for over a year now and nothing bad ever happened to it.

I actually talked to one of dA's Admins about this and they told me this is allow-able and they wont punish me for uploading my mods on dA as long as it was I who created the mods and wasn't someone's creation. (Credit to Bethesda for making Morrowind, and its expansions, is automaticly given just by reading it is for Morrowind.)

So.. As far as I know, I am allow to upload them on dA as long as I created them and they will stay up on dA unless I delete them. What is the big deal, other than this is a different thing I am doing that other people don't do?

Have you tried Elricm? http://www.elricm.com/nuke/html/index.php

That site doesn't even load on my Dial-Up connection. Whenever I get a link there, I just get some pictures then a big black list of random links that pretty much lead me to the same pictures and black list. I'll just say my internet is being too slow for it.

~Edit~

I've also uploaded stuff on Great-House-Fliggerty before but that site no longer load for me anymore and last time I tried to upload something on there, my internet froze.

~Edit2~

Yeah! Another Edit!

Anyways, I just want to say that the main reason why I don't upload my files onto other sites is cause my dial-up internet and I personally cannot change that at all. Dial-Up is the only internet service I can get where I live so I cannot control that.

All I gotta say now is.. At least I am able to upload my mods onto dA. If someone wants to, they can take my mods and upload them on these sites then give me the link so I can post the link up above. That is prolly the best you can hope for to happen, if you only want to download it from a site you like.

OH! Btw, I am working on a new event to add to towns (There is only a 5% chance for event in towns so don't worry).

This event will be an assassin completing a contract in that town and I was wondering what NPCs should be the contracts for these assassins? I know Fargoth can be one! He is highly hated, last I check.

Before I download - I need more info than this. Random encounters? Bandits? I am sorry but if I walk into a cave doesnt and fight a bandit technically thats a random encounter. so is your mod a list of random creatures/people? By events what do you mean? Will the bandit attack me-thats not random thats what bandits do! Please alittle bit more info :)

(btw I congratulate you on using DA - it shows initive of getting your mod out there when you are having difficulty uploading else where due to dial up)

You know in Skyrim you can find Random Encounters out on the road or in town? Pretty much adding that into Morrowind.

What I got so far...
Random Bandit on the Road waiting for someone to attack.
Breton 'Nudist' in town. (Kinda more of a Joke-Type of thing due to Altmers calling you a nudist if you aren't wearing anything)
Random Dead Dunmer out on the Road with a Scrib on him.
Random Imperial in Ebony Armor who is part of the Legion. (Will come in on next Update)
M'aiq traveling around Morrowind looking for his father, M'aiq. (Reference to one of M'aiq's quotes in Skyrim)
Pilgrim traveling the road doing the Pilgrimage.
Random Orc in Orcish Armor who is attacking anyone on sight to prove he is the strongest.
Random Dunmer Slave Master looking for his slave who had escaped.
Random Dead Conjurer with his/her summon nearby (Which will be one of the Atronaches or a Dremora Lord)
Random Redguard hunting around for gems on the road.
Random Hunter on the road with a dead Nix-Hound nearby (His kill)
Random Traveling Imperial Guard.
Random Traveling Merchant.
Random Slave trying to get away from his Slave Master (Remember Above ^)
Random Breton looking for his Centurion Sphere that he had built. You can also find the same Sphere as another Event.
Random Altmer on the road who is extremely slow. (He doesn't do anything special, currently. Just some laughs because he has 1 Speed)
Random Necromancer looking for someone for experiments.
Random Thief Resisting Arrest in Town (Will be in Next update)
Random Assassin completing a contract (Will be in Next update)
Random Nord who wants to challenge you into a Brawl. (This will be in Next Update and will take some time to do cause gotta make sure that you will get fined if you actually killed him with some sort of weapon instead of using your fists. This event will most likely conflict with Protective-Guards mods)
Random Rat that has a Pillow.
Random Draugr that accidentally got out of his tomb (Solstheim Only)
Random Dead Skeleton that will resurrect itself if activated.
Random Pet Scribs in Towns.
Random Ghost haunting the Roads.
Random Lost Pack Guars that can become a follow (This is an idea and currently not working on it atm)

And more that I forgot to mention or I don't want to mention.

No, I dont mean the mod will literally disappear, I mean that it will appear to disappear to everyone because I am pretty sure that not many people visit deviant art to look for Morrowind mods. In other words, most people wont know where to get it and wont see it.

Well then I guess I'll have to find a way to get these mods on another site..but I, sadly, cannot do so.

If you're going to have an assassin randomly attacking someone then make the target a random unnamed npc, that way you avoid conflicts with other mods and quests.

Yeh. I hadn't bothered with adding an Assassin yet. Gonna save that idea for now.

I assume you have dialup from what you said. I would suggest asking a friend, if you have one with a faster than dial-up connection, if you can use it. If you have a laptop, public internet access points are even faster than dial-up. Last I heard, about 50% of Americans still used dial-up, this was a few years ago though, so I am sure its probably 40 something % now. The US really is behind when it comes to the internet.

Hey, no worries, I can do this for you! I'd gladly help get your mods on those sites if you'd like. I wouldn't like to try PES, but any others I'd be glad to do.

@Tarius, True. While we may have some extremely fast internet options, most people only use the crap stuff because they can't afford better, or they have no choice. Matter of fact, I'm getting a modest 30mbps connection soon.

Go right ahead. Just post a link to each mod of mine you've put up so I can copy the link and paste up on the top of each thread that is for that mod. I have only like 8-9 mods on dA.. Hadn't post them all as a thread on here yet though.

No, just no. No no no no no. Most people only have dial-up because the have no idea what fast internet is like or onl do something like check email and nothing that would be considered at all intensive. Yes, there are those who cant afford it, but considering that dial-up only costs about $10 and cable costs $20 and up(a month), if someone cant chop out a mere $10 month, they might think about not being on the internet and trying to better their situation in life; that, or they happen to be unlucky and live somewhere that the cable companies steal everyones money.

I had encounters that are actually quite illogical: a dwemer sphere on a road, or ghosts outside tombs, for example. Beside this, quite well done although I'm not sure about the thing he copied from Skyrim... ;)

Most common reason why people have Dial-Up is cause all other servies cannot be gain where they live..
