Right now i just restarted it to play through again this has never been an issue but my weapons unholster and reholster in less than a second but when fired cycle like they should at normal speed while reloads take a second if that including shotguns with no ammo in them all very annoying i have the steam version i'm up to date and my hardware is fine with it i just want to know how to fix it and i searched and i could not find another thread about this.

Is there any way to make it so when i hoster/unholster and reload my weapons it isnt extremely fast? i know its a bug it does these actions in less than a second.

Rapid reload and quick draw are two perks that affect holster and reload speed. Agility also affects these.
Does the rest of the game run at normal speed? Are you using any mods? Do you play with the console at all? (console commands not to be confused with xbox or playstation)
