Reloading glitch

Hey all.

I've noticed a bit of a problem with the cowboy repeater - a problem that ranges from mildly annoying to game-breakingly catastrophic!

When reloading the Repeater, there are two glitches that can occur;

1) There is often no way to interrupt the reloading process until 5-6 rounds have been loaded.

2) Once fully loaded, it often takes 5-15 seconds before you can actually fire the gun, interact with objects (ie: open doors, loot corpses, etc) or activate your Pip-Boy.

The former is not so bad, as many weapons have a long reload time, but the second is absolutely devastating! Is there any chance this can be looked at soon?
