This mod combines the Almalexia casting animations with Dirnae's running animations and fixes the notorious errors that were usually accompanied with them. It also enables the player to see these animations in first person. And all in one easy-to-install package =)

This mod is a derivative work of Dirnae's animations that were subsequently updated by Hrnchamd who fixed the very fast footstep sounds and very fast creatures and NPCs. Dirnae's mod includes new walking, running, and one handed weapon animations. Such as running with a weapon, slash, trhust, and chop. It also inclues the Almalexia on self and on target animations that were made available by thugqwerty.
What I did was fixing the animation errors that could disable certain creatures'and NPCs' abilty to move by removing toe and tail references in the animation files that are usually only to be found in beast races. I also combined Dirnae's animations with the casting animations and made all of the animations visible in first person mode. This was previously not possible. I did this by replacing the first person animations with the third person animations similar to what DarkNut's '1st Person Enhanced' mod does minus being able to see the player character's chest.
Naturally, all NPCs and most bipedal creatures that are able to cast spells and use weapons will display these new animations. Argonians and Khajiit do not receive new animations but benefit from the third person view in first person when the 'Complete' package is installed.
Install
=======
You do not need anything other than this download. When extracting, choose extract here. The mod can be installed by simply copying and pasting.
I have made this mod modular. Within the download there will be 3 main folders:
'Complete' - provides the new animations for walking, running, casting, and one handed weapon animations, and also makes all of the new animations visible in first person. This is the one I personally recommend.
'Dirnae' - offers only the running/walking and one handed weapon animations
'Dirnae & Casting' - includes running/walking, casting and one handed weapon animations, no new animations visible in first person.
Use only ONE of these folders. Copy the content into your Morrowind/Data Files folder so that the Meshes folder merges with the already existing Meshes folder.
Uninstall
=========
Delete the files associated with the package you chose.

Incompatibility
===============
I would advise against using LizTail's AnimKit for the time being. Even though it is a great utility and I could not have made the mod without it, it does seem to want to add the bip tail and toe blocks that caused the errors in the first place.
DarkNut's '1st Person Enhanced' is not conflicting with this mod per se, provided that this mod overrides all of DarkNut's files. I have just not been able to make the chest appear in first person.

I did this mainly for myself and thought I should share with the rest of the community as the original authors seem to have abandoned the projects and they were barely functional (at least for some). I hope nobody takes offense.
Edit: Oh, and I use this in combination with the MCP's 'Swift Casting.' This way one can cast with just the left hand (except for touch spells) even when the weapon is drawn. Feels much nicer.
