Some have reported the minor location conflict with Lost Spires.
Lost Spire and Artifacts compatiblity Details..
Both mods modify the same cell so something has to give.
1) If Artifacts.esp is loading after Lost Spires.esp it will cause this Massive Land Tears on Left Hand Side of The Archeology Guild from The Lost Spires

Solution load Lost Spires after Artifacts.esp and it will solve land tears.
2) Artifacts place a few trees that interfer with Lost Spires Placed Items, and block view itself , what I have done is removed all trees that where being placed by Artifacts so it end up looking like this now. Not has pretty. But once again it is store that Matters the most and compatiblity Lost Spires.

3) You will see from the pic, that you are missing stone walkway up to the Artifacts "Collector" guild. This is because Lost Spires is modifying the same landscape data that artifacts is doing. If I remove the landscape data from Artifacts then Non Lost Spires users will not have a walkway leading up to Door. LS Users will just have to deal without having a walkawy up to Artifacts Guild once again. No biggie I think. Since it does not affect gameplay at all. Only what you see.
I will included the #2 changes in next version if no one has any objections that is. So that compatiblity with Lost Spires is fixed.
