Overview: Falcor will be a Modder's Resource in the near future.
It'll contain just an Exterior World, so the Modder can build whatever he/she pleases inside of the buildings.
I was going to make a full story line with quests, NPCs, ect., but the release of Skyrim is in less than a year, and wouldn't give me enough time to finish it.
IMPORTANT, I got lazy with the entrance to Falcor, The entrance is at Weye; inside the Wawnet Inn.

Installation: Unzip the folder and place everything in your Oblivion Data folder (Must have Shivering Isles to play!)
