RELZ - Land Mesh Modder Pack 2 - Mountains, Caves and Terrac : III

The second of a series of land mesh modder packs. http://www.elderscrolls.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=591345 This one is quite large and has lots of different mountain, cave and mountain cave meshes. Also a nice terrace hill set by Greybeard. I did many, many retextures for this pack. And was careful to keep the end names of the meshes the same, so you can match up meshes using the same textures.

Organized screenshots of the meshes are included, as well as perspective and size comparison shots.

All of the meshes are entered as statics in a modder esp. Nothing is placed ingame. The esp was cleaned with TESTool and checked with tesame.

Please note that one of the meshes, db_ex_icemt01, does require a Bloodmoon texture, though I did not make the modder esp Bloodmoon dependant. If you use this mesh without retexturing it, you will need to have a Bloodmoon dependency for your mod esp.

Important! The berg meshes weren't credited properly. The mesh was made by Starcon5. I have corrected this in the file folder, screenshot names in the download, the esp, and in the readme. Please download this updated version and delete the original so there won't be confusions later on on the modeler of this neat mesh.

DESCRIPTION:

Modder pack of Cave, Mountain and Terrace Meshes from a variety of modders.

Organized screenshots of every mesh are included, as well as perspective and size comparison shots.

All of the meshes are entered as statics in a modder esp. Nothing is placed ingame.
The esp was cleaned with TESTool and checked with tesame.

Please note that one of the meshes, db_ex_icemt01, does require a Bloodmoon texture, though I did not make the modder esp Bloodmoon dependant. If you use this mesh without retexturing it, you will need to have a
Bloodmoon dependency for your mod esp.

Version 2.0 Changes - Berg Mountain folder renamed to show Starcon5 was the modeler. The esp has been changed to point to the renamed folder of meshes. And the ID names of these mountains have been changed to show Starcon5 as the modder.

TECHNICAL

Some of the textures, the grass in particular, don't work as well on some meshes. I kept those retextures in the pack deliberately, as a reference for how textures work on each mesh. It's a good idea to test any new texture you use on these meshes, both in the editor and ingame.

CREDITS, USAGE AND PERMISSIONS

The Dragon's Breech meshes and textures may be used in and altered for any Morrowind mod, but cannot be converted for Oblivion use.

Oblivion Usage for the non-db textures
You are welcome to use the non-db textures in Oblivion mods, but please include credits to the photographer or website. And also credit me if there is an RTS in the texture name, as I did work to modify that photo or texture.

General Morrowind Usage
You may use/retexture the meshes and textures in this modder pack in another mod/modder pack, but please include this readme with any mod or modder pack you include the meshes and textures from. If only the textures are used, you don't have to include the readme, but please include credits to the photographer or website.
And also credit me if there is an RTS in the texture name, as I did work to modify that photo or texture.

You may redistribute this modder pack in it's original form. HOWEVER, you must make an attempt to contact me, allow at least a month for me to respond, and then if you do upload this pack to a download site, you must send me an email notifying me of the upload. You may send this pack without contacting me to anyone via email, and may upload it to a temporary location like You Send It that keeps the download available for a very short span of time, but NOT to upload sites like RapidSharethat keepdownloads up indefinitely.

Just a clarification, I didn't originally create the "berg" mesh. There is a mesh in CON2 named "iceberg.nif" that I believe to be the original for the one I later used, though I am not certain where JB originally found the mesh. It might have been originally by http://www.freewebs.com/mmcm/February.html#Mod23 or ... er, someone. I can't find a screenshot of Acid's models to confirm whether he is the original creator.

I know I was extremely fond of that specific mesh, and retextured it a lot, but the original mesh was not mine.

It's not one that Acid_Basik released, at least in his floating island pack. Those are all flat on the top. Though he could have made it special for CON2. I'll look into it more.

EDIT - I just read over the readme for CON2, and the iceberg was made by starcon5. So there's no problem in using it. Though I need to do a bit of updating on the readme, and also the mesh name, folder location, and reference in esp. For anyone who doesn't feel like redownloading, please include this info with the download, so you can properly credit starcon5.

Sorry for the mixup. I had this nagging feeling it might have been a Starcon5 original mesh and was trying (unsuccessfully) to find something to confirm it, for some reason I have the CON2 original zips but not the readme. Anyway sorry again for the extra work & confusion.

And as starcon5 gave full Oks for all of his work, including Oblivion conversion, the mesh is all clear for any use.

I have fixed the modder pack to show Starcon5 as the modeler of the berg mesh.
Please download the pack again if you have it, as I have done changes to a mesh folder name, the esp, readme and screenshot names.
