Images already up (though interior subject to minor changes on the walls and such)

current to do to finish: scripting of the radio for channel selection, updating the infimary in the bathroom to include remove addiction, and finishing the terminal work.

Otherwise the mod is pretty much done other than a proper readme

Basics:

Turns the other ranch house in springvale into a player usable house with bed, storage, workbench, infirmary , and the terminal (which will have special benefits...)

This looks good :) Do the lights turn off and on, cause I see switches, so I am thinking that they do! I will download and check it out and give you feedback if you wish. Great job with turning an already placed building into something useful :thumbsup:

I always make the lights on/off

Took a little while to figure out but got the living room and bedroom sets to sync so when you turn them on/off the other unit in the pair clicks to match

I took the time to check this out in the G.E.C.K. and you did a good job with it :)

I like the fact that you made your own ID containers instead of just placing some in there. It makes it easier for me to remove the items in all of the containers (in G.E.C.K.) for my own preference. I am shocked that Silver (or the raiders at the school) hasn't looted this home already ;) Us adventures are lucky to find this treasure.

You did a great job with the layout, and everything fits really nicely together. May I ask what you did with the navmesh on the outside? All 3 cells were effected...or showed a * at each cell location.

Oh, were you aware that the bed doesn't have a well rested script attached to it? Totally fine if you intended it that way of course, just pointing it out in case you didn't mean for it to be that way :)

I am glad to see that the inside is navmeshed and some idle markers are placed! You did such a great job that you even navmeshed the tiny areas that the npc's couldn't even walk in :)

the problem is the house sits at an intersection point of world cells... it's part of the spingvale one, but also part of the spingvale school and iirc a wilderness cell.

Only nav mesh changes were for the shelves, and other items in the area within the entrance section (but will double check and clean it up before 1.0 release)

Have a bit more scripting to do on things, like the bed (plan to do a click and pick route vs a script/no script... pick the one ya want)

And as for the navmesh, it's still one of those things that hasn't been optimized inside as I was still tweaking layout some. (do plan to clean it up a bit to get rid of the extra triangles and non-walkable areas) And in the bedroom was going to have a basemant but springvale isn't really a good place to do one :-P With a vault, and other things under it

As for the no loot... working on that too with the terminal and possibly some other tweaks

Can still do your own, don't have to use the mod I did.

Was working on this one at the time.

There are also several ranch houses that are unused in big town as well if that is the model you want to use and wish to use my module too.
