Plugin Description

To be honest I’ve never liked the atmosphere in Seyda Neen. Some shacks, a shop, a few imperial guards, and Fargoth, that’s it. In search for various mods out there, I happened to stumble across a few, which were supposed revamp Seyda Neen into something far more exciting. Sorry to say I found none which still had caught the spirit of the orignial game. Mostly the mods were too large or didn't fit lorewise. That’s the reason why I’ve created this mod: New Seyda Neen.

Futures

* 13 new shacks with fully furnitured interiors.
* New Taverns: The Evil Mudcrab and The Red Lantern.
* Docks, with a Haunted Tower and a shipmaster offering travel service to various destinatons along the Bitter Coast
* New enviroments: More trees, foliage, rocks, bushes etc.
* Several New Traders: Weapon smith, clothier and more!

Version History: 1.5 B

* Fixed floating statics

* Some small tweaks

I assume this isn't built with Vality's BC mod in mind? Either way I will certainly give it a go. :)

Thanks, it's been out for some years now if you didn't know. :D (well not this version haha)

And yes it was my intention to keep it as close to vanilla as possible, hope you'll like it! :)

I've prolly seen it before, but passed it up, due to all the "other" town mods (Balmora, Suran, Pelagiad, Ect...)

On a side note, how many votes of what does it take to obtain Hall of Fame? You already have Twenty Two votes more than 9.5.

Ah yeah there's a lot of town mods.

I don't have a clue regarding HoF, I guess time will tell.

Yeah, I hope to release a full version of "New Gnisis" soon, I've also begun work on "New Ebonheart" , and hope to be finished with that soon too. Keep your eyes open, I'll post more info during next week :)

It would be really nice if you do make a patch for Vality's BC mod. I installed New Seyda and it looked great but it conflicts with trees and stumps and so on so I removed it unfortunately. :S

I think this mod is a great companion to Melchoir's excellent http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=7187. They both have the same atmosphere to them.

Anyway, great work and thanks for the update. :thumbsup:
