I killed Ulfric and general Tulius said to my character to wipe out any remaining Stormcloack camps.Unfortunatelly their leaders are marked as essential.Can you do anything after finishing reunification of Skyrim?

If you have the PC version, the Unofficial Skyrim Patch will remove the Essential flag on the enemy camp commanders at the conclusion of the Civil war.
