Remove Masters

Post » Sun Oct 24, 2010 8:12 am

I used FOMM to fix my load order (since FO3Edit would not load the way it was) and then cranked up FO3Edit, and double-click my mod. After it finishes loading everything, I right-click on my mod name and select 'Clean Masters'.

Nothing happens. I know the masters are not used in my mod. I 'aquired' the masters when I copied some weapon animations I made in another mod (that had all the masters as requirements) and my new mod also 'aquired' those masters as requirements. But the weapon animations have nothing to do with those masters. (The DLC's)

What am I doing wrong here? Is there another way to remove the master file requirements?

File -> File Header

If you want to remove just one Master File -> Right Click -> Line Master File you wish to remove then chose option to Remove.

If you want to remove all Master Files -> Right Click -> Line Master Files then chose option to Remove.

Ok, thanks!

It took me a while to figure out what I was supposed to 'right-click' where the option for 'remove' showed up. :P

Thanks for the information, I now have my mod back to the way it was. :thumbsup:

Yeah thanks, I've been wondering how that was done myself.
