So I'm in combat with a weapon I have been using (and renamed so I know it's the same one) and suddenly it's only tickling the enemy. Luckily I carry multiple weapons with me and just think it must be a higher level enemy.

Then I get back to my weapon bench... and see my .308 Receiver has reverted back to a Standard Receiver. Also the stock has reverted to a base level one as well. Was easily fixed but the game obviously glitched the mod changes I made... What is weird is that not all the mods reverted... just the receiver and the stock.
