Rens Beauty Mod : IV

I recently installed my very first mod. Ren's Beauty Mod

It seeks to add a mystic elf as a race. I installed it as given, and to my utter dispair when I started a new game I could not find mystic elf in the Character Creation.

Advice?

Yes. I checkmarked it in data files.

EDIT: Got it working, but the elf is bald! And I tried every hairstyle and he remains bald.

If you downloaded from http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=oblivionmods.detail&id=1011, you need the archive with "only hairs" as well. So download/install both archives and use the "full" esp.
