reorganizing mods?

When using Oblivion, I use OBMM to make sure the mods are in the proper order so they won't clash. But I can't find anything similar for Morrowind. How do I alter MW's mod loading order? Is there, like, a MW version of OBMM or something?

Wrye Mash does this and much more.
The easiest version to install is the http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1106095-wrye-mash-stand-alone/ that doesn't require any messing with Python files.
The http://wryemusings.com/Wrye%20Mash.html has all the info on how to use the functions of Mash.

You can also use http://code.google.com/p/mlox/wiki/Mlox to check your Load Order for errors, conflicts, updates, etc.
