im seriously looking everywhere and cant find anyone to repair my armor

Major Knight at Mojave is the first guy. If you are friends with the BOS Paladin Sato will fix it when he's at the safehouse, which is once or twice a week. Raul will also fix it, but I think there may be some bugs with that. There's other people that fix things, but I think those are the big 3 that can fully repair anything.

Which armor are you looking to repair? Maybe go kill some Fiends/ Vipers/ etc and come up on some armor you can repair yourself?

Old Lady Gibson at the Gibson Scrapyard (very near Novac) also does repairs.

Calamity at Jacobstown and Mick at Mick at Mick and Ralph's in Freeside do repairs too.

the guy at 188 trading post who is at the food stand right next to where veronica is, also the female ghoul scientist assistant at jacobstown repairs stuff, also lady gibson etc.

If all else fails buy some combat armor- it will repair it I think.

i think you only can if you have jury rigging

If you have Jury Rigging, even normal NCR armour would work.
