Repair Vendors

Where is there someone who will repair weapons and armor? I want to get tabitha's super sledge and my armored vault 13 armor repaired but I can't find a vendor?

Moire in Megaton, Flak & Shrapnel in Rivet City, all of the trade caravans, plus any Scavenger you happen to come across. There's also a ghoul,I forget his name, in the Underworld who can repair for you. Oh yes, Happy Jack in Evergreen Mills, provided you didn't mistake him for a Raider and kill him. There's probably a few others I've forgotten about as well.

While on the topic of vendors, how do I find the weapons specialist (can't recall his name)? I think I've met all the others but they're difficult to find. I haven't been able to find Agatha's House and suspect he's somewhere around there. I invested 100 caps ages ago in his business so he could "expand his inventory". I want to see what he has for me!

lucky does weapons. all traders that you can invest with travel the same route. they will stop to trade at megaton, rivet city, paradise falls area, that place where you invest with them, this covers most of the places,

it is easy to wait for them at megaton, near the entrance and at rivet city, near the stairs that goes to the bridge. just wait until a day until they show up. it may take awhile for them to show. sometimes things like being attacked can delay them.

Would they survive on high levels with broken steel? They are killable so I fear they would get killed by something like a giant radscorpion.

they also stop at evergreen mills, south east of the fast travel point, some distance on the railroad tracks.

yes, they can die but if you invest with them, the max allowed, decreases that from happening. that why is why i invest the max with all of them in case one of them dies so i can have one of a kind items repaired.

The 2 best repair people are the caravan guy Crazy Wolfgang (75 skill) and the woman on Mothership Zeta (100 skill)

You can "improve" even by a small glitch on the skill of the trader Point Lookout a little bit. (If you have the addon)
The type of living somewhere in the swamp near the Ferris wheel.

Then, the skill also 100

the that works is take something damaged that he can repair. have him repair it. exit the building and fast travel someplace. when you come back, his repair skill goes up slightly each time you do this.
