Whenever I go into the Repconn Test Site my fps drops from 60 to about 40. It does this throughout the whole building. Ive looked all over the internet for a fix, but havent come up with one. I even unistalled the game deleted all mods and the fallout.ini falloutprefs.ini, but its hasnt changed a thing. What is really wierd is I recently changed cards yet it had no effect on it, so it cant be related to that. I have a gtx 760 with the latest beta drivers (also tried the latest non beta drivers) and my CPU is a fx 8350 at stock speeds in a sabertooth 990fx R2.0 MB, with 8gb of ram. I have no problems in fallout 3 similar to this, which is odd seeing as how its the same engine. This is driving me nuts, it doesnt seem to be a common issue at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

edit: I lowered every slider setting and it seemed to somewhat fix it. But looking at the rocket when you first go in still brings it down to 50-55. So Weird.
