Ever since I made a fresh Fallout 3 install with all the mods in perfect load order with Merged Patch. I got an hotkey remapping problem with Fallout Wonderer's Edition but that was fixed with a simple manual console key remapping command. But I also get a repeating message "DUIF3Lvl is in game mode - xxxx" and the xxxx seems to be increasing in a linear fashion with a +1 every second or maybe slightly faster. It stops when I open the console and continues when I go back to the game.

Everything seems to work just perfectly and no mod seems to be having any conflicts (except the odd key remapping issue with only the grenade hotkeys). Is this something to be worried about or is it working as intended?
