New Vegas, along time ago this place was just a pile of sand, backhanders, swindlers, and gangsters made this town from nothing... there are allot of bodies burried out in that dessert. Currently these California republic Dbags are trying to take over the join, as if this was there state to begin with! The only allegence this town has is to money...period, always has been always will. Currently the crime commiting bottom feeders have been tired of Mr.Houses monopoly, they want him out of the picture... not as much as the California republic... but still his greed is getting too much for even the greediest place on the map. The super mutants... slavers, raiders, salvation... it all comes second in this town. Currently this Kadin Li fellow has moved from out est, brought quiet bit of muscle with him. More and more backhanders, even those in Mr.Houses pocket have raised an eyebrown to this Asian crime boss, who has his eye's set on the Vault casino, along with many other realestate properties under his control, the question is, who is going to be left standing when this fued is resolved.



OOC: Rules, first, when you type out of character, you put OOC, before it, second, your not god, dont controll other ppls chracters (or Kadin Li). Make your person another face win the crowd, we need shady water merchants, pick pockets, A-hole bouncers, upcoming wanna be wiseguys, and LIMITED hit men 2 max. Your working either WITH or for Mr.House or up coming Korean crime boss, Kadin Li. The California republic is frowned down uppon with the gangsters, so anyway u can harm them is encouraged (hit contracts, muggins, jumping groups of them outside bars.. but dont just cruise around popping them in the head... give it some story, remember securitrons investigate everything. If he has a weakness it would probably be his controlled usage of Jet, either that or the broad's, it's not well known wheather or not he has any children...or whether it was him who killed that guy the first night. Currently he pulls low level favors for Mr.House, and is usually found at the Tops casino.

I'm sorry, but your going to a need a lot more that if you want to make a RP. People need direction, this gives you none. We have almost no idea what this even about. We have no idea what where doing or what where going to be doing. It's lacking a lot of vital detail and is going to require some work. You should go browse some other RP sign ups; Lost Contact, Fire in the Sky, Warren, Quarantine. It would give you a good visual on what a sign up is suppose to look like.

Something like that will help your RP out a lot, and give it something more than a flimsy little story. Detail and depth is key to any RP you make.

These days those NCR [censored]s have largely taken over. Ultimately though, the only allegiance this town has is to money. Always been that way and it always will be. Up and coming crime figures these days are caught between a rock and a hard place. They have the iron fisted rule of the NCR on one side, and House and his army of bots on the other. The situation is a pressure boiler and something has got to give.

Kadin Li has moved in, with a good bit of muscle to back him up, to carve out his share. He's got his eyes fixed on New Vegas, and his name is being mentioned more and more throughout the town. All that remains to be seen is who will be left standing when the dust (sand I suppose) settles. It's gonna be a good old fashioned gang war. And gang wars, gang wars never change.

Something like that only you should include a bit more background. It's fun to leave everything up to the player but you haven't told enough about the factions for anyone to care. What's Kandi's deal. Is he Yakuza or something, is he from San Fran, is he just starting out or a big force invading. Is he discreet and trying to move in slowly or waging all out war?

What about House's men? Are they so dominant in the area that the NCR is in their pocket? It has a good idea and potential, but even well thought out RPs have a tendency to die here.
