So I have the main quest line complete and now I'm trying to finish up the minutemen questline, I have most of the settlements unlocked, but I want the Warwick homestead settlement. I assumed to unlock it I had to do the whole quest line and get up to the point where I get warwick. But now I'm at the quest where I have to help the covenant with a ghoul problem, so I do it, and then I have to help somerville with a raider problem, so I do it, and then I have to help the covenant, and it just goes back and forth with the same 2 quests over and over, I've done both a 23 times now. Also, after I talk to Preston, I have to go talk to the settler at the settlement (whichever it may be) to start the quest, but the settlers aren't at the settlement, they roam around the waste together in a huge group, so I have to fast travel and walk circles around the map to catch up to the group to start the quest.

Keep in mind I have somerville and the covenant already unlocked just because I stumbled upon them while roaming around and have already helped somerville and killed the previous residents at the covenant.

If anyone has any ideas to fix this please let me know because my advancement in the game has just completely halted.
