Why after reaching a certain level in the game do the early quest repeat? It is totally absurd. I have been to the same four or five settlements four or five times now and some of the previous quest are starting to repeat. What the hell is up with that?

because those are not main story quests, they are radiant quests and are at least partially random. It likely just reads that the area's have respawned.

Such are radiant quests: if they have no new areas to give you, they take place in the already cleared areas. You can just ignore them if you don't want to do them anymore, you are losing nothing but some XP at this point.

I still don't like it.
