Factor in latency, and hitting a moving target with air stomp = borderline impossible (plus you could've just killed him with your gun 10x more easily). Hell even hitting a STATIONARY target is hard enough, you need a ton of practice to get the distance right.
The kill-radius of Air Stomp needs to be drastically increased. I literally /rofl when I see some newb's failed air-stomp attempt land him 1 meter in front me

Also, the ridiculously long recovery-time needs to be removed. Your whole camera faces the ground for like 2-3 seconds, by the time you can get up someone else has killed you.
