Just replaced IA6 with IA7 and the needed patches for skyre and the reprocessor, loaded up the game and now all female stormcloaks are butt naked except for their helmets and weapons. I snuck up and pickpocketed one so I could see if they were missing clothing, but no they have all their clothing there in the inventory and it shows up fine in game, they just don't have it equipped.

Anyone experience similar issues? Anything I can do to resolve? Looks kinda silly to have 3 male stormcloaks fully clothed with 2 or 3 females butt naked...

Tried resetting cells?

Yes, either wait for a cell reset or, if there aren't too many of them, you can also open the console > select a butt naked Stormcloak > disable > enable.
