Replacement DVD disk for xbox

There being no email address or phone number for support, i hope that an EA person can respond to this.

I sent back a damaged Xbox Crysis 3 disk DVD to the UK warranty support location with payment and details as requested in the documentation on the 22nd April with confirmed receipt on the 24th April. Since then I have heard nothing and have a very frustrated son who is an avid Crysis 3 player waiting for that replacement. Better support communication and response is dearly needed from EA.

Help please!!!

@ Grahamwilliam Hi friend sorry to hear your having issues,although I hope you get it resolved sooner rather then later.
My thinking is that you mentioned documentation and receipts being posted or sent?.
I hope you were not daft enough to send the originals?,please tell me you photo copied them and sent the photo copies.
I ask because things have a tendency to go missing in the post or so we are told.
I just hope you have not thrown away your crunches so to speak.
