Just wondering if there's a way to replace the conjured armour thats daedric with the conjured armour that the Mythic Dawn uses?

Not without replacing all Deadric armor in the game (at least, not that I know of). But, you could create a http://cs.elderscrolls.com/constwiki/index.php/Scripting_Tutorial:_Spell_Tome that would add them to your inventory.. The spells you'd want are LpBoundArmorMaceMD and LpBoundArmorSwordMD, both Lesser Powers.
