Hey there all I'm doing a replay of Oblivion until I pick up my new HD TV for Skyrim. It's been awhile since I've played, but mostly I've just been dungeon diving. Level 3 right now, but I feel the Shrouded Isles calling. SI has always been my favorite place to play, but I want to do a good solid playthrough, so I was wondering...should I wait till a higher level to get the full effect out of SI?

I went in at level 23. Picked up Fine Madness Gear. I went back at level 25, picked up Perfect Madness and Perfect Amber Gear. You will get the best rewards at level 30, for all quests. Frankly I just go for the ingredients anymore.... It's a beautiful place. So wonderful. You'll love it. My character would be characterized as lawful neutral.... the main quest in the SI does not appeal to him personally, however I thought the quest line was pretty awesome. The only thing that svcks is you can't get official storage there for a while, so I travel back to the Heartlands often, carrying all my loot.
